Eight small paintings that explore my long term connection with Kennett River.
The original subject matter is the iconic Kennett River point as seen from the beach looking out to sea. Then the reverse, Kennett River as seen from the water.
The second panoramic vista of hills and sky a privilege common to those who paddle out the back.
Painted together and with a freedom and brevity that I don’t usually allow myself, repeated a further three times as adventure, as if in some small
way to replicate the countless times that I have been physically immersed in this seascape.
