The Blind leading the Naked

Bags has titled his show ‘the blind leading the naked’ – it’s an apt title in respect to our relationship relative to each other. I’ve known him since I was a kid, and
I watched him leave a privileged college and go to arts school.
Radical to my way of seeing as the expectation of our Alma mater was world domination, artists were the ratbag class and of slight regard.

It was my trigger point and I duely followed, no silks niether shod in RM Williams but a life of searching and longing.
A full life that has taken us around the world and more.

I’m just a shadow here scattered around the bagman’s sinuous lines and bosomy islands. Stylistically different but having a discussion as only pictures can do.
