Consider how delicately each moment is poised. Look at the vagaries of each particular circumstance. And see the whole continuum reflected. A foot touches the ground. A puff of smoke catches the afternoon light. A child shivers. A wave washes away marks in the sand. These images have no narrative. There is no story to tell - no message. I’m not interested in the conceptual (fabrications of the brain). I don’t want to add anything. Just chase down and catch and freeze in time. This moment, this picture. This bucket covered in weed, this child jumping. I use photography to make some order of the chaos. To make some sense of the random relationship on one thing to another. One particular moment in time and light.
